Position : Tech Lead

Organization : O-Trade & Logistics

Job Description :

The Tech Lead will provide architectural leadership and hands-on technical guidance for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade eCommerce solutions across web and mobile platforms. Leveraging deep expertise in the .NET stack, scalable architectures, and mobile application development, the Tech Lead will ensure that solutions meet high standards of performance, security, and maintainability, while driving innovation and aligning technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions using ReactJS (frontend), .NET Core / NestJS (backend) .
Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring systems are highly available, secure, and performant .
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Mentor engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and support professional growth.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to guide development priorities.

Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions.

Hands-On Development

Build core features across frontend and backend platforms, ensuring code quality and maintainability.

Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs and microservices.

Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability of systems.

Process Improvement & DevOps

Drive adoption of CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices.

Monitor application performance and propose improvements in tooling, architecture, and workflows.

Promote DevOps practices across the team, including logging, monitoring, and incident response.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

7+ years of professional software development experience.

Experience mentoring or guiding engineers (team / tech lead exposure preferred).

Strong experience in ReactJS , .NET Core / NestJS , and microservices architectures .

Solid database knowledge ( SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL ).

Experience with cloud platforms ( GCP preferred; AWS / Azure a plus ).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI / CD, and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
