Manage the full recruitment life cycle across multiple departments and roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align talent acquisition strategies.Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruitment agencies).Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Prepare job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation forms.Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Delta Capital’s presence in the job market.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate, construction, or corporate sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.Work Conditions :
Location : Delta Capital Head Office – Sheikh Zayed
Working Hours : Sunday to Thursday, 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
May require occasional site visits or coordination with project locations (car will be provided).
