Job description

Grand Technology is seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza. This full-time, On-site role will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and functionality.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
