I'm currently working on an exclusive Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) mandate with one of the two largest healthcare providers in Egypt a market-dominant player with an impressive footprint across the country.

As part of their strategic expansion plan into Saudi Arabia , they are in the process of acquiring their license in KSA and are looking to bring on board a Group CBDO to lead this exciting next chapter.

About the Role :

• C-suite position , reporting directly to the CEO and Board
• Responsible for driving regional expansion strategy, with a primary focus on the Saudi market
• Lead a small team of 3 - 5 Business Development Managers / Directors
• Serve as the commercial spearhead for cross-border healthcare partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing initiatives
• Frequent travel to KSA , so prior experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred
