Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for Microsoft products and services. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Azure, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft platforms including Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or Microsoft Premier Support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Educate users on best practices and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory.Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and PowerShell scripting.Strong analytical and communication skills.Preferred Certifications :
