Telesales Representative

Job Responsibilities :

• Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote the medical center’s services.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding services, offers, and promotions.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Minimum 1 year of tele sales experience, preferably in the medical or aesthetics field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
