Senior Sales Specialist (Grocery & Pharmacy)

Responsibilities Research and identify potential strategic partners aligned with Flash's strategic objectives and target market segments.

Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify, research, and approach strategic potential merchant clients who could benefit from Flash's solutions.

Product Presentation : Present and demonstrate the unique features of Flash's payment terminals.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.

Identify, research, and engage strategic merchant clients to drive adoption of Flash’s solutions.

Create demand for the Flash's products and service.

Achieve and exceed revenue targets by increasing GMV per account.  Sales Cycle Management : Take ownership of the entire sales process, from the initial outreach to contract negotiation.

Collaborate cross-functionally (On-boarding-Ops) to ensure merchants receive exceptional onboarding and long-term support.

Merchant Relationships : Build lasting relationships with merchants, acting as their go-to point of contact for any questions or concerns, and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications  3+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition within grocery & pharmacy Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Adaptability & Flexibility.
