Job Description
The Digital Solutions Architect & Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for designing end-to-end digital solutions that align with client business objectives while supporting the sales cycle through solution scoping, proposals, demos, presentations, and technical / business value articulation. The role bridges business needs and technical feasibility, working closely with clients, internal delivery teams, vendors, and subcontracting partners. Consulting experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the design of digital transformation solutions across platforms such as web / mobile applications, integration layers, cloud services, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with client business & technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, integration, security, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with technology vendors, solution partners, and subcontractors to align proposed solution components and scope.
- Support the transition of designed solutions to delivery teams and act as an advisory architect throughout execution.
Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to qualify opportunities and shape solution offerings.Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP / RFI responses, SOWs, BOMs, cost models, and technical presentations.Conduct demos, product walkthroughs, and POCs to demonstrate value.Articulate business value, ROI, and digital enablement outcomes of proposed solutions.Support bid defense and technical negotiations with clients and vendor partners.Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
Evaluate, recommend, and select technology vendors and subcontracting partners based on solution fit.Coordinate technical alignment, delivery approach, and scope between internal teams and external partners.Ensure all external solutions components meet quality expectations, technical standards, and contractual commitments.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership and key stakeholders.Contribute to PO / BA in communication between business users and internal / external technical teams.Lead executive and technical-level presentations of solution strategy and architecture.Internal Contribution
Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, reusable templates, and best practices .Mentor junior solution architects and analysts.Support the creation and enhancement of consulting service offerings and accelerators.Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in :Digital solution architecturePre-sales / technical solution scopingConsulting or system integration environmentsExperience working with vendors, OEMs, technology partners, or subcontracted delivery teams .Strong exposure to :Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)Integration & API technologiesWeb & Mobile app solution designData & Analytics platforms (preferred)Soft Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Strong analytical and structured problem-solving approach.Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence outcomes.Preferred Certifications
TOGAF or similar architecture framework certificationAzure / AWS / GCP Architect Certification is a plusPMP, or Agile Certification is a plus
