We empower Corporates to embed financing into their value chains and enable SME’s to digitize their access to finance and banking services.   We are licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt and we partner with Financial Institutions to enable digital lending through our Platform.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager. The person will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with our team to develop and execute sales strategies. The Customer Success Manager will also need to be able to manage client relationships and handle inquiries related to our trade finance solutions.

• Driving Revenue growth by onboarding new clients, maintaining & increasing the utilization of existing clients .
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and sales proposals for clients.
