- Implement and manage various employee recognition programs to boost morale and appreciation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
Internal Communications :
Execute all internal communication messages through various channels including SMS, WhatsApp, and email ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to all branches and departments.Employee Surveys :
Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction.Follow up on survey results to ensure continuous improvement in employee experience.Competitions and Rewards Programs :
Manage, initiate, and execute competitions between employees and branches to recognize and reward high performers.Data Management
Act as a central point of contact for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data from various team members.Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Years of experience : From 3 to 5.Additiona l :Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
