Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-brand social strategies for LinkedIn & Meta aligned to monthly KPIs (reach, engagement, MQL / SQL, CTR / CPL).
- Own paid social : plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Meta Ads Manager campaigns; partner with PPC on funnels / retargeting.
- Lead editorial calendar, briefs, and production for posts, carousels, short videos, and thought-leadership (exec branding).
- Coordinate with and coach a team (content, designer); enforce brand consistency and QA on all assets.
- Set up tracking and dashboards; report weekly / monthly on CTR, CVR, CPL, SQLs, referral traffic, and MoM growth.
- Coordinate with SEO / PPC / Web Dev on landing pages, UTMs, GA4 events, and conversion paths.
- Support ABM sprints, webinars, events, and PR content amplification; run A / B tests on creatives and CTAs.
Requirements
5-7+ years in Social Media / Content with 2+ years leading a team; strong B2B background.
Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Meta Ads Manager (Lead Gen forms, retargeting, audience building).
Comfortable owning KPIs such as reach, engagement rate per post, and platform CTR / CPL benchmarks.
Solid grasp of GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, Looker / Data Studio; familiarity with Zoho (or similar) for reporting.
Tooling familiarity is a plus : SEMrush / Ahrefs, Hotjar / Clarity, Hootsuite / Buffer / Zoho Social, Canva / Figma.
Excellent English / Arabic copy skills; ability to brief and QA motion / visuals; strong stakeholder management.
