We are expanding our Talent Management & Recruitment operations at 700Apps , and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Gulf region , especially within IT, Digital Transformation, and Technology hiring .
The ideal candidate will have strong connections in KSA / UAE / Qatar, a proven track record in generating recruitment leads, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the Gulf region (especially in IT & Digital markets).
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for recruitment services.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with decision-makers and HR Directors in Gulf companies.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends in GCC recruitment, competitor activities, and new opportunities.Develop a clear expansion strategy for Gulf markets in alignment with company goals.Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Talent Management & Recruitment team to ensure delivery on client requirements.Share market insights and help improve service offerings.Reporting
Prepare weekly / monthly reports on leads, pipelines, and closed deals.Track KPIs and revenue targets.Requirements
7 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency .Mandatory : Experience dealing with Gulf clients (KSA / UAE / Qatar) .Strong network with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders in GCC.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals.Proven ability to generate leads independently (not only account management).Familiarity with IT roles (Software, DevOps, Cloud, ERP…).Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.Fluency in English and ArabicAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and hit monthly targets.What We Offer
