Warehouse Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Leader to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, manage a team of warehouse staff, and maintain high standards of inventory control and workplace safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control
- Plan and coordinate workloads for warehouse staff to meet operational goals
- Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and other internal teams to improve workflow
- Train, evaluate, and coach warehouse team members
