About the Role
You will be part of Concentrix’s English Customer Support – Technical Support team , providing assistance to international customers and ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues. This position involves delivering excellent customer service in English, handling inquiries efficiently, and working towards achieving performance and satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support in English for international customers (B2C)
Handle inquiries through voice / chat / email (depending on account) with professionalism
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues
Follow company guidelines and ensure high-quality customer interactions
Achieve performance and customer satisfaction KPIs
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
Graduates only (this role is open to university graduates only)
English fluency at B2 / B2+ level (spoken and written)
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to follow company standards and performance targets
Ability to work onsite at the company’s location

Salary : Starting from 18,600 EGP up to 20,000 EGP per month (depending on account)
