Job description

Manage company sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Achieve planned sales goals.

Set individual sales targets with the sales team.

Develop, implement sales plans.

Track sales goals and report results as necessary.

Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.

Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.

Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

Promote the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making.

Prepare reports for management about department performance.

Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue.

Requirements

Experience in the same field (Real Estate) not less than 10 years.
Experience in the same title not less than 3 years.
Experience in Zayed area.
Preferable to be a resident of Sheik Zayed
