SR. Cost Control ( Electric Engineering )

Support the cost control team in various activities linked to the cost - Control functions for the assigned project.

• Helps in generating monthly cost control reports according to company’s standard Form and associated back-up.
• Assists in collecting and classifying cost data, as directed.
• Analyze project expenses by trade to evaluate its compliance with the budget.
• Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures
• Assist in Preparing the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims
• Prepare project Cash flow.
• Initiates, coordinates, and maintains Projects List of Deliverables
• Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function / department
• Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min.5-7 years of related experience
• English language is a must both written and spoken.
• Ms. Office, Auto Cad.
• previous experience as cost control engineer at construction company
