Schedule and coordinate interviews, job Fair assessments, and follow-up meetings.
Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring clients throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare employment documentation for candidates
Support the recruitment team with general administrative duties as required.
Manage candidate document consolidation and Validation.
Manage documentation process between client and candidate till Job offer receiving.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
