Job descriptionPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline, events). Track and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, designers, content creators). Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, website content, and promotional material. Develop engaging content to support campaigns, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives. Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing initiatives. Analyze website traffic and digital campaigns to maximize ROI. Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and trends. Organize and manage events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnerships. Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the commercial team to design tailored marketing strategies for client accounts. Develop and execute campaigns that boost engagement, visibility, and sales volumes. Create customized marketing activations and seasonal campaigns to support client objectives. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as a marketing consultant for accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs and company solutions. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management. Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills. Creative thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a similar industry. About the Job :
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive business growth, and support client success. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this role will be responsible for planning and managing multi-channel campaigns, creating impactful content, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, ensuring marketing activities not only enhance brand visibility but also deliver measurable results.
