BIM Modeller - Abu Dhabi

Eram Talent is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. As an independent Talent Acquisition company, we specialize in providing top-tier recruitment solutions for various industries, including construction and engineering. The BIM Modeller will play a crucial role in developing detailed and accurate building information models (BIM) that support all phases of the construction process.

If selected, work location will be Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software applications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and integrity
• Develop construction documents and 2D drawings from 3D models
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project managers and design teams in BIM-related tasks and standards implementation
• Participate in project meetings and contribute insights on model performance
