Job description5-7 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in E-Commerce) . Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic advertising. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution models. Hands-on experience with SEO, CRM / email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proficiency in Excel, Looker Studio , or other BI tools for performance reporting. Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale marketing efforts profitably. Strong communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA , and conversion rates to maximize performance.
- Oversee SEO, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to improve funnel conversion and retention.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and create reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
