Job descriptionPlan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO / SEM, email, social, content, influencer marketing, paid media). Optimize marketing performance using analytics and A / B testing tools. Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and tech innovations. Manage the digital marketing budget, ROI, and KPIs. Oversee the creation of compelling content for web, social media, email, blog, and video platforms. Manage internal and external creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables. Craft narratives and campaigns that clearly articulate the value of complex tech solutions. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment. Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and industry influencers. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. 7+ years of experience in branding and digital marketing, preferably in the technology. Proven success in building and executing digital campaigns that drive measurable results. Strong knowledge of digital tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to translate complex technical technology products into clear, compelling messaging. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach. Experience in Saudi tech marketing (consultation – E-service portals -AI) Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation. Knowledge of UX / UI best practices and web design fundamentals. Global brand management experience is a plus. - Define and execute brand strategy aligned with company vision, mission, and goals.
- Lead the evolution and consistency of brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging across product, sales, and customer experience teams.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
