Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities
- Process Analysis and Design :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing IT processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Design and document new or improved processes that align with best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Create clear and concise process flows, diagrams, and documentation to ensure understanding and adherence.
- ServiceNow Configuration :
- Configure ServiceNow to support business requirements, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Customize ServiceNow to optimize user experience and streamline workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow platform.
- Requirements Gathering and Elicitation :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to elicit information and clarify requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Testing and Validation :
- Develop and execute test cases to verify the functionality and performance of ServiceNow implementations.
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure satisfaction and readiness for production.
- Training and Support :
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow usage and best practices.
- Create user guides, tutorials, and other training materials.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Monitor ServiceNow performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Proactively suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Requirements
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.ITIL certification is preferred.Benefits
