Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist customers with enrollment, course selection, and payment processing.
- Resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform.
- Educate customers on our offerings and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Document customer interactions and track resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar.B2 level English required for clear written and spoken communication.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Comfortable using customer service tools and CRM software.Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passion for education and a genuine desire to assist others.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Benefits
