Responsible for strategic sales and account growth, including upselling within existing accounts.
Handle all client relationships.
Lead individual business development and guide the team in conducting business development activities.
Manage the team.
Oversee all projects, leading the team to achieve 100% successful implementation, from brief to event execution.
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies for client accounts to drive growth, achieve targets, and enhance service delivery.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
Team Management : Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback throughout the project planning process.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as Studio, Production, and Operations, to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.
Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the agency’s client base.
Business Development Strategy : Lead team initiatives to support the company’s business development strategy and processes.
On-site Management : Oversee event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise during the event.
Requirements
Years of Experience :
2-5 years as an Account Director
8-11 years in the events field (Client Handling)
