Job Description
The American Association for Continuous Education (AACE) is seeking to hire an experienced District Sales Manager with a strong pharmaceutical background to lead and manage the Indoor Medical sales team, drive growth, and achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Supervise and support sales supervisors and medical representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and geographical coverage plans to increase market share.
- Analyse sales data and KPIs; prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 2 years as a Sales Supervisor or District Manager.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and distribution channels.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare performance reports.Strategic thinking and the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Proficiency in English and MS Office; CRM system experience is a plus.Location : Must be based in or willing to work in Nasr City and Dokki office.Benefits
