Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Projects Manager to lead the Project Sales function in the Egyptian market. This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth, setting and achieving sales targets, and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, a solid understanding of the Egyptian market, and strong experience in the building materials sector. Experience in the KSA market is a plus, but not mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Projects Channel in Egypt.
- Forecast and plan expected sales volumes, revenues, and profitability.
- Lead, inspire, and grow the project sales team to exceed set targets and KPIs.
Sales Operations & Client Development
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding evolving needs.Identify emerging opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure client-centric offerings.Reporting & Market Insight
Present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and market forecasts.Continuously monitor the market landscape to adjust plans and stay ahead of trends.Innovation & Team Enablement
Implement new sales practices and contribute to change management programs.Maximize team performance through coaching, development, and performance management.Key Behavioral Competencies

Education : B.Sc. in Engineering or any related discipline.Experience : Minimum 8 years in project sales and commercial roles.Industry : Proven experience in the building materials industry is a must.Language : Proficiency in Arabic and English required.Bonus : Prior experience in the Saudi market is an advantage, but not required.Why Join Us?
