Job descriptionConvert inquiries into course registrations through effective communication and persuasion.Assist potential students and parents in understanding Digital School by Berlitz’s programs, pricing, and enrollment procedures.Follow up on leads, conduct calls, and provide information to prospective customers.Manage front-desk operations, including greeting students and parents, handling inquiries, and providing information about courses and services.Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.Assist in generating reports on enrollment, sales performance, and administrative operations.Assist students and parents with the registration process, providing guidance on courses and schedules.Handle complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.Serve as a key point of communication between the branch manager, instructors, and students.Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to all inquiries and requests.Ensure that all communications, whether written or verbal, meet Digital School by Berlitz’s high standards for clarity and professionalism.0-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in an Educational or Service-Oriented environment.Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in converting leads into sales.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
