WhatsApp Sales Representative – Educational Course Sales

We at Sutoor, an educational platform specialized in Qudrat Test preparation, are looking for a skilled sales professional to convert WhatsApp conversations into actual sales.

We’re not looking for someone to just “reply to messages.” We want someone who knows how to build trust, understand client needs, and drive action through persuasive communication.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to potential clients via WhatsApp.
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right course.
• Clearly explain course features and benefits in a persuasive tone.
• Follow up with leads until the sale is completed.
• Create simple, customized study schedules for potential clients to help them manage their time and get the most out of the course.
• Build rapport and help clients feel confident in their decision.
• Previous experience in selling online courses or digital services, especially through chat-based communication.
• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, clear, and persuasive tone.
• Fast response time and strong follow-up discipline.
• You may need to respond to clients throughout the day when necessary – this can include handling up to 100 conversations per day.
