Digital Marketing Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and customer acquisition
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
