Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of our online marketing strategies. The role involves analyzing market competition, creating and managing content strategies, distributing advertising budgets effectively, and running high-performing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include :

Conducting comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify best practices in content type, posting frequency, and optimal publishing times.

Developing a clear and targeted content strategy tailored to the brand’s goals and audience.

Planning and organizing content types (trendy, seasonal, product-based, promotional) and allocating them across the month.

Distributing the advertising budget strategically based on marketing objectives such as brand awareness or sales conversion.

Customizing content based on audience profiles (Buyer Personas) and platform-specific behaviors.

Selecting the most relevant social media platforms to reach the target audience effectively.

Creating and managing ad campaigns, tracking their performance, and optimizing for the best ROI.

Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and media buying.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to research competitors and interpret marketing trends.

Familiarity with various digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

Ability to create and manage effective marketing content tailored to specific audiences.

Experience in managing budgets and performance-based campaigns.

Understanding of audience segmentation and platform behaviors.

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Fluency in English

A strategic mindset with attention to detail and performance.

Proven experience in selling or marketing beauty and personal care products is highly preferred .

Understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, customer behavior, and product positioning, is a strong advantage .
