About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and optimize engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn).
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
• Conduct A / B testing and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Oversee and execute social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices and integrate new strategies when appropriate.
• Media buying background.
• content writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, clear, and persuasive content across various digital platforms.
