IT Helpdesk Specialist

IT Helpdesk Specialist with a 2 to 3 Years of Experience is required for Al Tawfeek Leasing Company . (Location : Sheikh Zayed) .

The candidate will also serve as a backup systems administrator and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and availability of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to IT help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, and maintenance.
• Assist in system performance monitoring and security implementations
• Document support processes and maintain user manuals.
• Adhere to internal IT and corporate policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Qualifications needed :
• 2 to 3 Years Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, networking, and databases
• Familiar with network equipment (AVAYA, HP, FortiGate)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues
• Good command of the English Language.
