Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech

As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at b_labs , you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for tech roles, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier engineering and technology talent. You will develop strategic sourcing methods, build strong tech talent pipelines, and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to employer branding within the tech community, support talent retention initiatives, and drive diversity in technical hiring. Your expertise in fast-paced environments and hands-on approach will help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth at b_labs .

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a tech recruiter within the Egyptian market.
• You have proven knowledge and expertise in quickly sourcing and hiring top tech talent.
• You have a track record of building and enhancing employer branding within the Egyptian tech community.
• You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align hiring strategies with business needs.
• You have hands-on experience in executing the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• You are proactive in engaging with potential candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• You have experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment and can take initiative with minimal direction.
• You are proficient in using cloud-based ATS tools to manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
