Recruitment Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Supervise and support a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with clients, HR teams, and hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in shared services companies.
• Knowledge in (ATS), recruitment tools, and employer branding strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and best hiring practices.
