الوصف الوظيفيIdentify and acquire new industrial customers while maintaining and expanding relationships Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term supply agreements with industrial clients. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Finance teams to Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities within the region to Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular business updates to Support marketing and product teams in launching new products and developing tailored Lead, mentor, and develop a small sales team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and ethical sales practices. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, petroleum, or Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving regional sales growth. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. High level of initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
