We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to drive our sales efforts in the wood works division within the construction industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry, focusing on wood works applications.
- Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and specifications of our wood products.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to optimize product delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process and post-sale implementation.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, ensuring product relevance and competitiveness.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations that align with customer specifications and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the construction or wood works industry.Strong technical knowledge of wood products, applications, and construction methodologies.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction and wood works.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
