Key Responsibilities :

• Drive high-volume outbound calls via power dialers
• Set qualified appointments with confidence and precision
• Handle complex objections and tailor your pitch on the spot
• Collaborate with different teams and adapt to various campaigns

Qualifications :

• 1+ year(s) of appointment setting experience
• Outbound calling experience is a must
• Strong communication and critical thinking skill
• Ability to switch tones / campaigns as needed
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPI
• Tech-savvy with stable internet and backup system

Compensation :

• Rate : $4–$7 / hour
